Carlos Brain applies economic and statistical analytical methods, as well as sophisticated marketing research techniques, to product liability, product misrepresentation, false advertising, breach of contract, and intellectual property matters, among others. Mr. Brain has substantial expertise with advanced statistical and biostatistical techniques.
