These have included numerous high-profile corporate and financial institution matters, each involving multiple high-stakes litigations in the United States and internationally, as well as multiple major regulatory inquiries in the United States and internationally.

For more than twenty-five years, attorneys have consulted with Mr. Rozoff on complex finance and business issues and engaged him in preparing expert analysis and testimony. He focuses on finance, securities, derivatives, and financial institutions and markets. He has developed objective, innovative analysis for motion practice, regulatory inquiries, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlements in domestic and international bodog app download venues. Mr. Rozoff is a member of the Board of Trustees of the United States Supreme Court Historical Society. He serves on the committees on Painting & Sculpture and on Film & Video of the Whitney Museum of American Art. Mr. Rozoff is a trustee emeritus of the governing Corporation of Brown University, where he serves on the Executive Committee of the trustees emeriti; he served previously on the Corporation’s Advisory and Executive Committee and chaired its Advancement Committee. He served as treasurer and member of the Board of Governors of the Brown Alumni Association, where he served on the Executive Committee and chaired the Finance Committee. Mr. Rozoff received Brown’s Ittleson Award for outstanding volunteer leadership. He served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ethical Culture Fieldston School, where he chaired the Governance Committee and served on the Executive Committee.
