Education

J.B. Doyle leads and provides thought leadership to case teams on econometrics-related issues. As a member of Cornerstone Bodog Poker’s Applied Bodog Poker Center, Dr. Doyle consults on a broad range of matters involving sophisticated statistical analysis and modeling. In addition to implementing and reporting on statistical tests, Dr. Doyle reviews econometric analyses and addresses rebuttal arguments, supporting clients and experts on econometric topics.

In his previous role as a principal at Cornerstone Bodog Poker, Dr. Doyle consulted on litigation and regulatory matters related to financial institutions’ securities. In these contexts, he developed extensive experience with advanced statistical modeling and large datasets. He presented to regulators and has worked with clients in all stages of commercial litigation, including class certification, affirmative and rebuttal reports, depositions, arbitration, and trials.
