Dr. Michael Keeley of Cornerstone Research worked with counsel for bodog online casino to study the market for the sales and service of PBX equipment and to address plaintiff’s allegations. In two declarations filed in support of summary judgment, Dr. Keeley concluded that bodog online casino did not have market power in any relevant market, that its business practices were procompetitive, and that bodog online casino had no incentive to reduce competition for the sales and service of its PBX equipment. The case settled.
