Gregor Langus will participate in a panel titled ‘Substantive Issues’ at this annual Concurrences workshop in Brussels.
Panellists will address recent developments and priorities involving cartels in the European Union (EU) and among member nations, from the perspective of the EU Courts, the European Commission, and the National Competent Authorities (NCAs).
Discussion topics will include such key substantive issues as parental liability, calculation of fines in purchasing cartel cases, leniency reduction, and boundaries between permissible cooperation and cartel-like conduct.
