Dr Barnes has joined a faculty of economists and practitioners to teach an interactive online course focused on damages in international arbitration.
Dr Barnes has contributed two modules to GAR Academy’s Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), respectively titled ‘Country risk, and other risks’ and ‘Basics of DCF analysis – the income approach.’ Through interactive content and learning resources, the course is designed to support arbitrators and counsel in assessing damages issues and demonstrate how to present these issues to tribunals.
