Russell Molter of Cornerstone Research will speak on a panel titled, “Economic Concepts in the Litigation Context,” on the second day of this annual program.
Mr. Molter will join a panel of attorneys to discuss the role that economics concepts and expert witnesses play in litigations.
During this hybrid event, participants will cover a variety of topics, including:
- Practical applications of economic concepts
- The relevance of economics to certain financial disputes
- How financial experts analyze and evaluate economic data to prove economic damages
