The Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, together with the University of Chicago Law School, Coase-Sandor Institute for Law and Economics, will host an in-person and livestreamed workshop to facilitate public dialogue on the 2023 Draft Merger Guidelines.
Professor Rogerson will join attorneys and academics on a panel focused on rebuttals. Professor McCrary will discuss labor competition issues as part of a panel featuring economists, attorneys, and academics.
