Cornerstone Research Women’s Forum hosted a virtual event featuring Professor Sonja Lyubomirsky, a leading expert on the science and psychology of happiness. In a research-based talk, she explored the power of positivity in challenging times.

Professor Lyubomirsky addressed such topics as how people are adapting to social distancing, and how they may adapt when life returns to “normal” after COVID-19. In particular, she shared new research to show how people think they will react to negative circumstances, versus how they actually react. Professor Lyubomirsky also offered key takeaways for the audience.
