Cornerstone Research’s general counsel Fernanda Schmid recognized as a “Private Company General Counsel of the Year.”
The Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) honored Cornerstone Research General Counsel Fernanda Schmid as a “Private Company General Counsel of the Year.” The LABJ Leaders in Law Awards recognize candidates for their “exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.”
2017 is the first year that LABJ has included general counsel as part of Leaders in Law. LABJ expanded the awards “to acknowledge the significant role that general counsel plays in the success of a business enterprise and recognize accomplishments of leading attorneys and firms within the Los Angeles business community.”
