Cornerstone Research president honored for leadership and mentoring in select group of outstanding business leaders.

Corporate Counsel Business Journal (CCBJ) has named Yesim Richardson to its list of 50 Women to Watch. Bodog Poker list “recognizes women who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, business acumen and a commitment to mentorship in their respective communities.” The inaugural list includes attorneys from Am Law 100 firms, finance and economic consulting firm leaders, and General Counsel from leading banking, energy, automobile, and telecommunications companies.

Chosen from nearly 500 candidates, Dr. Richardson was honored for wide-ranging achievements over her more than two decades of experience at Cornerstone Research. The CCBJ selection committee noted that among Dr. Richardson’s many accomplishments are her leadership through the COVID-19 pandemic and her commitment to continuing to create pathways to leadership for women in finance and economics along with all employees.

Dr. Richardson’s client work applies economic and financial analysis to complex litigation involving securities, financial institutions, valuation, and real estate. She supports clients in various financial sectors and other industries, such as energy, telecommunications, high technology, and pharmaceuticals. She serves on Cornerstone Research’s board of directors, is chair of the firm’s DEI Council, and formerly led the firm’s financial institutions practice.
