Erin McGlogan manages development initiatives for Cornerstone Research’s finance practices. Ms. McGlogan collaborates with senior leadership and consultants across the firm to develop and execute strategic plans and objectives related to business development, experts, staff, knowledge management, and financial planning.
In her previous role as a principal at Cornerstone Research, Ms. McGlogan spent over a decade consulting on complex litigation involving economic and financial issues, with a focus on securities and financial institutions matters. She consulted on a variety of claims and issues, including Rule 10b-5, Section 11, financial disclosures, public stock offerings, bonds, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), damages, loss causation, class certification, failed financial institutions, the hedge fund industry, executive compensation, stock options, investment strategies, corporate governance, bankruptcy, general damages, and tax.
Prior to joining Cornerstone Research, Ms. McGlogan worked in investment grade corporate bond origination at Banc One Capital Markets, where she advised corporations on broad funding strategies and specific debt issuances.
